Terms of Service

Assessments and repairs are provided subject to device condition, fault type and parts availability. We do not repair physically damaged or cracked TV screens.

Quotes are provided before paid repairs begin. By approving a repair, you confirm acceptance of the quoted amount and repair scope.

Warranty applies only to eligible repairs completed by Fix-Direct and excludes accidental damage, misuse, tampering, power surges, and unrelated faults after service.
